Meeting held on 6/23/08 with State DLNR Land Administrator Morris Atta. Wedding coordinators informed that DLNR will begin enforcing existing "right of entry" permit system on August 1, 2008 while the DLNR collects data to develop an industry specific permitting system.

As of 6/24/08, the DLNR has not created the application for its "existing" right of entry permit system and is unable to tell interested persons when such application will be created and available.
